From the young age, Kokum had been drawn to the magic of words. She would often wander into the lush, green meadows that surrounded her village, where wildflowers swayed in the breeze and the river whispered its secrets. There, under the shade of an ancient oak tree, Kokum would lose herself in the world of poetry, her heart and soul entwined with the verses she composed.

Her poetry flowed like the river, capturing the essence of the village’s serene beauty and the stories of its people. She wrote about the golden sunrises that painted the sky with hues of pink and orange, about the songs of birds that greeted each dawn, and about the laughter of children playing by the riverbank.

As an introvert, Kokum does not like much attention. She is more comfortable with solitude rather than partying or get together. A quick dinner with a close friend or family is about as much attention she likes – socially.

Kokum loves animals and nature more than people and the world. She wishes she could disappear and go somewhere else with no worldly problems.

Kokum loves walking in the rain. She finds it a gift to go outside during the first hard rain after a long dry spell in the summer completely unprotested, no umbrella, no raincoat.

Kokum loves the smell of fresh rain on dirt and grass, She enjoys the sound and feel of water and enjoys the peaceful sound of the raindrops over her face.

For Kokum, rain is life.
